August Featured Sponsor & Giveaway: HomeZada

I am super excited to share my August Featured Sponsor, HomeZada with you all. HomeZada is an online and mobile software program that helps you organize and manage your home.

What can you do with HomeZada?  Use the Home Inventory section to prepare yourself for any emergency and have important information available at your fingertips for your insurance company or use the Home Maintenance section to personalize a property calendar with key maintenance tasks & reminders so you're one step ahead of the game.  And for all of you fellow do-it-yourselfers, use the Home Improvement section to plan, budget and manage your remodel and landscape projects.  Have more than one home and having a hard time keeping track of both?  Use their Multi-Home tool to manage both.  HomeZada is literally a one stop shop for getting your home organized.

The Zen of Zada Newsletter & Blog is a must-read that offers helpful tips, recommendations and design inspiration.  I love getting it in my inbox (and I seriously mean it!)

For us this is the perfect software to keep our home remodeling projects and budget on track.  We used to enter everything into an excel file and then would forget about it.  This software sends you reminders and you can access it online or through your mobile device so you always have the information at your fingertips.

Plus, being that we live in a Tsunami Zone, it is fantastic for creating a Home Inventory for insurance and you can export your inventory into excel so you always have a hard copy.  We're one step closer to being prepared for any emergency!

Currently, HomeZada is offering a 30 day FREE trial of Premium Features when you sign up for Essentials (which is also FREE!) but for one lucky reader - they'll get a full YEAR of Premium Features free by entering the HomeZada giveaway before August 15th.

I hope you'll stop in and check out all that HomeZada has to offer and feel free to follow them on twitter and facebook.
